ABOUT JNJT:
We are a group of educators who oppose the current policy of high
stakes standardized testing and we recognize the need to prepare
students to be successful on these gatekeeping exams, but at the same
time we educators also have a professional responsibility to organize
against tests that have a racist and classist history, benefit the
private sector over the public and keep our pedagogy within a box.
|
| The Justice Not Just Tests (JNJT) working group aims to organize around
high-stakes standardized testing issues and to advocate for alternatives to high-stakes testing. |
